J. Scott Park became the Photo/Graphics Editor at the Jackson Citizen
Patriot in March 2005 after 10 years as a staff photographer. He is
president and contest chair for the Michigan Press Photographers Association
and teaches photojournalism at Michigan State University. A 1993 graduate of
MSU, he also was a staff photographer at the Bloomington (IN) Herald-Times
and interned at four newspapers. He is married to Kristen and has two
children, Hannah and Kallen. In his spare time, he enjoys playing poker
where he often raises from early position with a 7-2 offsuit.
