Dave covers entertainment and expects Hollywood to call any time now about his promising movie script.
He's been at the Citizen Patriot since 1985; his first two years were in sports. He also has worked at the Niles
Daily Star (as managing editor), Cadillac Evening News and Dowagiac Daily News (managing editor). Hoger
plays hockey and is a movie buff, with a collection that rivals most small video stores. He and his wife,
Linda, director of nursing at the Jackson County Medical Care Facility, and their two children live in
Summit Township.
